Good man. Everything goes back to Saturday. I decided to go to Notre Dame Farm, which is a park not far from my school. This will be my first visit and I continue to ask my friends / colleagues in the room. Pies were fascinated by them (what ?!). I quickly remembered my commitment to lending and decided to make Saturday the Sunday of the week, the day I can add sugar (except for honey or fruit). I ended up going crazy with sugar … especially when I got back to Nut and found a box of cakes made by my roommate’s parents and went back to my apartment. Of course, I wasn’t eating much, except for pancakes from a bosnberry stuffing and some french fries in a theme park, then indulged in 3 brownie cakes (and 3 bowls of fruit circles … oh). I know it’s a bit crazy and outdated. Soon he regrets it. Maybe I canceled my entire week without sugar. But will we try again next time?
Sunday arrived, and when I remembered Betty Crocker Brownie’s delicious cakes with chocolate flavor sitting on the kitchen counter, I returned to my sugar-free promise. Uh. Why did you leave the sugar? I mean to help me grow and experience more forms of fasting than usual, but this is still a challenge. I have to think of something. Healthy things can meet my chocolate needs for a week. I met black bean cakes and avocado cakes. I have eaten black bean cakes before, but I can hardly tell the difference between them and real food. Now, I’ve never tried this avocado, I’ve never heard of it, but the kids seem decisive. I obviously had to try them.
I came across recipes for avocado black bean cakes, they looked decadent and highly rated, but they had chocolate chips. This should be what makes it great, because frankly, the results of making these chocolate cakes are not very impressive for me. It’s a little cake like I like, but that doesn’t solve excess chocolate! A few weeks ago, I found a chocolate frosting recipe for vegan and I think it would be perfect to apply it. In conjunction with Go Peanuts and glow on top (I’m not vegetarian yet, but I think it’s still healthier), these foods satisfy my desire to eat moist chocolate cakes. Will I do that again? I’m on the fence, but these are definitely healthy alternatives to your daily cake cakes, and it might be a good idea for those trying to lead a healthier lifestyle while enjoying the gourmet world.
Now, what I want to say is that vanilla extract contains sugar, adding that vanilla extract is not suitable for my fasting, but I think I will undo that. This is the main ingredient that I use minus peanuts.
I first left for the school store, where I usually find avocado. They finally disappeared, so I went back from my apartment to the grocery store across the road. I catch a medium-sized avocado, the largest and most ripe avocado I can find, and a pack of unsalted black beans. I grabbed some of the groceries I needed (and found the long-lost cake there too!) And I rushed to my apartment. I found a recipe that blends all ingredients with a food processor, but you know that. I did not. Therefore, place as many mixers as possible. Frank Sinatra also played from my phone, put in washed and drained black beans, half a box of avocado and honey. Mix it until all the grains are tender and mix together.
I took everything out of the smooth full container (throwing the large cup I own, so I might be able to put it in that container) and pour it into a large mixing bowl. Preheat the oven and cast the rest of the ingredients into an old-style sturdy hand mixer.
It now looks and tastes a lot like the brown batter. If I didn’t know, it might make me upset. I painted a 9 x 9 inch bowl, but the recipe required 8 x 8 and I didn’t. As long as I reduce baking time, I can do this. I thought that because not using chocolate chips, this would require some extra stuff, so spray half a cup of roasted, dried, unsalted peanuts and then mix them / squeeze them into the mixture. If you want to do this, do this before putting the mixture in a saucepan. It will become smoother.
I put them in the oven, and after 20 minutes, the top part started cracking and the knife was clean. Allow them to cool in a frying pan on the grill. Looks dark, don’t be surprised! It is not burned, which is the result of the ingredients they use.
After cutting and biting in it, I am happy that it is healthy compared to the usual cakes. But honestly, I was disappointed. Maybe avocado is very small, so the half I’m using is actually a quarter of the big avocado? I don’t know that I don’t even choose to use extra eggs so they don’t get this cake.
I can’t just let them! Another friend / roommate also tried them and suggested some chocolates. I got my phone and looked for the vegan chocolate frosting recipe that I just looked at. Since I cut the recipe in half, I quickly moved it up to slide up. At first, it tasted ice like honey, but then I added more cocoa powder, as Emeril Lagasse said, BAM! This is very good dark chocolate frost. Covered with peanuts on it, these chocolate cakes can meet my chocolate needs for the next week, hoping to release me from fasting.
Let me know what you think about it and how to make it better!
A footnote After writing this article, I covered it with aluminum foil overnight and tried again. Oh, I’m ten times better than the next day. I love them. Definitely cover them with a night. Much wetter. wow
