CAKEY VS. Fodge Brownie

The fudgy or cake like texture of muffins is depending on the ration of fat to flour that is in the muffins. If you want fudgy brownies, you can make sure there’s slightly greater fats in the recipe. For cake like cakes, you’ll want barely more flour. This chocolate cakes recipe is the ideal combination of cake-like and fudgy, resulting in thick and chewy cakes.
