June has gone by waaay too quickly for my liking, but here’s a few of the things I’ve found over the month that I am dying to buy as soon as I have some spare money! My wardrobe isn’t looking very summery yet and barely has any colour so I’m trying to find clothes that will actually be useful now we’re finally getting some hot weather.
This is the first item on my wish list because I’m kind of obsessed with this floral playsuit from Asos. I never used to be that into playsuits but I can just imagine wearing this on holiday in the evenings or over a bikini and it makes me very excited.
It might seem crazy to some people but I’ve actually never owned a co-ord, so this year I think I’m going to start because this In the Style one is so summery and cute that I need it to be part of my summer wardrobe!
This Topshop crop top comes in so many summery colours that I will probably end up buying way too many of them. I’m finally adding more colour to my wardrobe and these pastel coloured camis are so cute and will just go with absolutely anything.
I’ve seen so many people wearing yellow clothes and it always looks so nice on them that I’m tempted to try it with this Pull & Bear dress. Going from very neutral colours to this is kind of a bold jump for me so I might end up buying the white version instead!
I’m jumping on the t-shirt dress trend and becoming in love with oversized dresses like this Pretty Little Thing one. Some days I don’t feel like wearing a cute, flowery dress and I’d much rather be in a comfortable dress like this. Admittedly not the most summery of colours but I don’t care, this kind of red just looks great all year round in my opinion.
I’ve always only owned really bog-standard black ray ban look-a-like sunglasses, so I want to finally try something new and these sunglasses seem like a good place to start. They’re a lot more interesting that just plain sunglasses and I think they’ll look so cute in summer with dresses and skirts and well, basically anything.
I’m just imagining wearing this playsuit in the evenings to dinner on holiday while the sun is setting and the whole thing just sounds perfect and I can’t wait. I’m not the type who can normally pull off white but I’m hoping with a bit of a tan this will look as good as it does on the model!
Erm, can you get more summery than this tropical co-ord? Asos it doing something right.
I know I just said I always buy plain black sunglasses but these ones from Asos are just perfect and I can’t resist. And in my defence I don’t own matt ones which makes it acceptable to buy more sunglasses.
What’s your favourite shop for finding cute summer clothes?! I’m always in need of new recommendations.
