  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness*
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced (about 1 1/2 Tbsp.)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
