Every type of playsuit that I’m slightly obsessing over right now and wish I had the money to buy…
This type of playsuit is perfect to just throw on and go down to the beach in because I HATE trying to put denim shorts or anything tight over suncream. This New Look one is so light and airy that you’d never get too hot in it or feel restricted and they’re so easy to just wear over a bikini and still look like you’ve made an effort to look nice.
Does anyone else think this one just screams summer?! This Asos tropical playsuit is so perfect for those summer evenings on holiday when you’re going to dinner as the sun sets and it’s still quite warm outside so you don’t want to wear anything too thick but you want to look a bit more dressed up than you did in the day.
Perfect for a night out sipping cocktails and dancing like an idiot but still wearing a cute outfit, like this Miss Pap playsuit! The material looks so expensive when in reality, it’s so affordable that I might need to buy the heels to match.
In my opinion, a black playsuit is just a staple in anyone’s wardrobe, just like a LBD in a playsuit version. This I Saw It First playsuit is my perfect black playsuit. It’s not just a bog-standard boring black playsuit, it’s got so many nice details that still make it really cute and easy to dress up or down.
So, if I’m including a black playsuit into your playsuit essentials, then I can’t miss out a white one either! Especially when it’s as nice as this lace In The Style playsuit. I love how pretty this one is, with crochet detail in the middle and bottom and lace all over. However, I think I need a bit of a tan unfortunately before I can pull off this white playsuit!
A summer playsuit must-have has got to be a floral one! Hot weather means everything with floral patterns comes out and I love how summery this peachy colour is, imagine how nice it will look with a bit of a tan! This one’s from In The Style.
Bardot playsuits just always look nice, no matter where you’re going or what you’re doing. You can wear them with a pair of flip flops in the daytime and dress them up with heeled sandles for the evenings. I’m not normally one to go for bright colours but I’ve seen so many people look great in this kind of yellow colour so I had to try this one from Nasty Gal.
I love my bardot ones, but this year I’ve been getting into cold-shoulder tops, dresses and now playsuits too! They just add a bit more to a normal playsuit and make it look a bit dressier than normal I think. And this Select one is so affordable that I can justify buying yet another playsuit to add to my collection!
So, I’ve gone a bit playsuit mad but what can I say, I just love them. It’s easier to wear than a dress, they always look cute and like you’ve made a lot of effort and, there’s a playsuit that fits every occasion!
What’s your favourite kind of playsuit?
